At Diane’s Patisserie, only fresh ingredients are used. In fact, we still crack fresh eggs! Our Kosher certificate ensures that all ingredients are inspected and approved by Rabbi Epstein, an Orthodox Rabbi in our community. We supply both Parve and dairy desserts.

The Process

Whether it’s a wedding cake, bridal shower cake, a birthday cake, or a “just because” cake, every journey begins with an initial consultation. Here ideas, colors, and pictures will be gathered and incorporated into the plan.

From there, Diane and her team will begin building your masterpiece. Diane completes each step of the process herself, from baking to decorating. The person you talked to initially is the same one who will create your cake. You can be confident that no detail will be missed.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Diane made our Wedding Cake and it was Phenominal! We had a 3 layer cake, all different flavors of cakes and fillings. Lemon cake with raspberry filling, vanilla cake with Oreo filling and chocolate cake with a peanut butter filling. All of which were awesome. We did decide to go with the Italian meringue buttercream which was a little extra but WOW was is it worth it. We had so many compliments on the cake. Definitely recommend!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I ordered a special birthday cake for my son’s first birthday from Diane’s Patisserie. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely stressful and the final result did not meet expectations.

While the designs shown during consultation looked promising, the cake that was delivered was not put together properly and was literally falling apart when it was handed to us. We also experienced major timing issues with the order being prepared for the wrong weekend and the cake being placed in the fridge and then provided the morning of the party—leaving us with no time to find an alternative.

The presentation at the party was disappointing as well, and my son didn’t even eat the cake.

I’m sharing this because I believe parents should know that, in our case, the product and the process were unreliable—especially for an event where you need something that will hold up and be ready on time.

My recommendation: If you’re looking for a dependable specialty cake and an experience you can count on for a big day, I would look elsewhere.

Diane took our vision and brought it to life perfectly. It was even more beautiful than we imagined! We chose the vanilla cake with mocha buttercream, and it was absolutely delicious. As a long-distance couple, there are limited opportunities to be physically present together for a cake tasting. Diane was able to accommodate us much in advance of our wedding date where other bakeries turned us down. She warmly welcomed us (and our parents) into her home and patiently took us through multiple cake and frosting samples, advising us on what would be possible. When we proposed using one flavor as filling and another around the outside (underneath the fondant), Diane was flexible in experimenting and it turned out amazing! We loved our wedding cake!
